Will both doctors be returning to our screens?

Wednesday 18^th November FINALLY sees the return of series five of Nip/Tuck to FX after the mid-season break. Well, having peeked ahead as far as the first few episodes of series six, I can tell you that it was definitely worth the wait. New surgeons and life-altering discoveries make series 5 part two drip with dilemmas and dramas. And let’s not forget, series six will see the scrubs hung up for good on Nip/Tuck, so relish in the unbelievable plots while they last folks.

So where did we leave the surgeons? Christian discovered that his son Matt’s new girlfriend was actually his daughter from a fling decades ago and failed to stop him falling for her, Julia had been mercilessly shot by LA-brat Eden and lost her memory in the process (amnesia had to make an appearance eventually), but more importantly, Sean had been brutally stabbed by his psycho-agent Coleen after telling her where to stick her creepy teddies, putting his and Annie’s lives in peril. The big question then is whether the eternally-fretful Sean will survive? We’ve seen Christian escape the clutches of the Carver’s potentially fatal blow, but can his colleague and best friend enjoy the same relief? I’m saying nothing…
